Faculty Session: Lunch and LearnOct 21, 2025 - Join us for a special lunch event featuring Dr. Loleen Berdahl (Executive Director, JSGS, and 3M Teaching Fellow) as she shares a new teaching resource—The Joy of Learning. During the session participants will also learn about the USask teaching certificiates (CUTL) and explore pathways on the development and recognition of your teaching journey. GMCTL FortnightHeld annually each August, Fortnight is two weeks of informative and innovative workshops designed to support and inspire instructors prior to the start of the academic year. The event schedule is typically posted early August. |

TA Success DaysOffered biannually, early in September and January, this event is organized for graduate students who are in teaching assistant (TA) roles at USask. It offers short workshops focused on supporting their work and the development of specific skills and knowledge relevant to the TA role. This event is part of the TA Success Series programming. |

Open Education WeekHeld annually each March, this event is part of an internationally recognized Open Education Week, launched in 2012 by Open Education Global as a collaborative, community-built open forum. During this week you'll find resources and support around Open Education, Open Pedagogy, and Open Resources. The GMCTL partners with educators across campus to share and celebrate our USask Open Education success stories. |
