Feedback for teaching enhancement

Bringing together multiple sources of evidence of teaching effectiveness gives us the most well-rounded picture of how effective our teaching is. This includes feedback from students, peers, and our own reflections.

Student course feedback

The Student Learning Experience Questionnaire (SLEQ) is USask’s University Council approved tool for collecting course feedback from students. It includes both end-of-course feedback and mid-course feedback part way through the term.

Online course review

GMCTL provides reviews for online courses performed by an instructional designer. Instructors can receive structured feedback regarding design and layout, interactions, accessibility, and more.

Peer review of teaching

Learn how to get the most from peer reviews of teaching, whether you are an educator being reviewed, a reviewer, or a faculty member developing peer review guidelines for your department or college.
