Assessment Belief:

I use Universal Design for Learning as a scientific, research-informed framework to design flexible assessment with multiple avenues for engagement, representation, and action and expression. My assessments proactively address learner variability so all students can demonstrate understanding in accessible, meaningful, and adaptable ways that honour diverse strengths and preferences.
