Assessment Belief:

I use a two-year professional portfolio in which students design community energy plans for real communities. This competency-based, industry-informed assessment is student-centered, reflective, and experience-based. Authentic and community-engaged, it incorporates iterative feedback loops that deepen learning and build students’ professional readiness.
