Courtney is the Director of Student Recruitment within the Teaching, Learning and Student Experience department at the University of Saskatchewan. She leads a team of Recruiters, Student Ambassadors and the Prospective Student Services Office (PSSO), that carry out recruitment and conversion events and activities to meet the enrollment goals of the University. The Recruitment team recruits for Undergraduate and Graduate programs, and the University of Saskatchewan Language Centre.
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Courtney began her career in Agriculture Marketing before moving to USask, where she worked in Graduate Studies at the Edwards School of Business for over 10 years.
She is a proud alumnus of USask, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is currently completing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership within the College of Education at USask.
