Kim is the Manager and serves the Career Services team, our employer partners, and the USask community in helping our students and alumni prepare for meaningful and rewarding careers. Kim has been part of the USask career education community for over 20 years and finds deep satisfaction in building relationships, empowering others to succeed, creating opportunities for innovation, and discovering new ways to add value to the USask experience.
As a leader, Kim seeks out and embraces opportunities for growth; and values integrity, transparency, compassion and service. Along with her contributions to the USask community, Kim is also a member of the Saskatoon Industry Education Council (SIEC) Board of Directors and sits on the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) Research Committee.
Kim holds a BA Honours in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a MEd in Educational Psychology and Counselling from the University of Saskatchewan. Kim is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC).
