Following two decades in Asia, which included teaching university English in mainland and greater China and later managing education projects in Northeast Asia, Kathi has returned home to Saskatchewan, where she has again embraced the unique Prairie spirit and friendliness. Her focus at USASK is international student recruitment, including ESL, undergraduate, and graduate study prospects. Kathi brings experience in coaching others in cross-cultural awareness. She also applies her understanding from transitioning her own children back to Canada to begin university to her USASK role introducing students, their parents, counsellors, education agents, and high school or university administrators, to international student opportunities at USASK. You will find Kathi at recruitment fairs or making high school and university visits in Asia, and on occasion within Canada. Conversations in either English or Mandarin are welcome.
