Kacia prides herself on being a proud dreamer, planner, and adventurer. She believes these qualities allowed her to forge a successful career path less traveled by others and hopes to encourage others to do the same. As a firm believer in the transformational power of education, she is excited about streamlining and promoting holistic career development on campus. Kacia is also a trained teacher and passionate researcher who continuously seeks ways to expand her study on the academic transition of international students in postsecondary education.
