What is NOLEJ?
NOLEJ is an AI-powered tool that enables instructors to quickly create interactive online learning materials from content, such as text, video, audio, or web pages. NOLEJ uses OpenAI's large language model to analyze the content and generate various assessments and activities, such as quizzes, flashcards, games, and interactive videos. The learning materials created by NOLEJ can be brought into other learning platforms, such as Canvas.
Find the tool at https://nolej.io/. Personal account creation is required. There is a time-limited free trial. Beyond the free trial period, users need to pay for a license.

What is the purpose of NOLEJ?
NOLEJ is a tool that helps faculty and instructors quickly generate learning activities and materials. It can create the following types of activities and materials:
- Quizzes: Multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, matching, etc.
- Games: Flashcards, crossword puzzles, word searches, hangman, etc.
- Interactive videos: Videos with embedded questions, feedback, and branching
