Ali is an Experiential Learning Coordinator and the RBC Learn to Work, Work to Learn Program Lead whose primary purpose is to provide effective leadership and management of the RBC Learn to Work Program. Additionally, she contributes to advancing skill development through experiential learning and work-integrated learning institutionally, connecting and contributing to projects and initiatives in this area.

Personally understanding the importance of experiential learning (EL) by having participated in a number of EL programs when she was pursuing her post-secondary, has fueled her passion for promoting existing and creating additional opportunities for students. Through programming and work-focused placements Ali believes there is ways to incorporate EL in the classroom and coursework, the community and on campus. She looks forward to continuing to cultivate partnerships with departments and administrative units to bring these opportunities to USask undergraduate and graduate students.
