Gina has spent many years as Activities Coordinator at the Language Centre in a role that engenders inter- cultural understanding and allows her to introduce students to our beautiful country, city and the University of Saskatchewan (USask) Community.
She loves working at USask and meeting students from all over the world, who bring such richness and color to her life of learning.
Gina is passionate about art, culture, dance, music, travel, camping, hiking, biking, languages, healthy living, ecology and inter-cultural exchange.
Her past and present educational pursuits include a BA honors in Sociology and Women and Gender Studies, and the Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (CERTESL) from the University of Saskatchewan. She's also completed the Indigenous Canada certificate from the University of Alberta, and an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies with Global Studies and Education as the focus areas from Athabasca University.
She is currently enrolled in and excited to begin studying in the Educational Technology MA program at USask.
