Pirita Mattola Acting Senior Director, Strategic Enrolment Management

Pirita Mattola has 11 years of experience working in the post-secondary sector. Prior to stepping into her current role as the Interim Director of Strategic Enrolment Management, Pirita has worked several years as the Manager of the International Student and Study Abroad Centre at the University of Saskatchewan. Pirita has a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion work, addressing educational access and achievement gaps with diverse students, internationalization as well as student-centered retention strategies. Pirita holds B.Soc.Sc and M.Soc.Sc degrees from the University of Tampere, Finland as well as certificates in Business Administration and in Intercultural Studies. Pirita is a first-generation immigrant residing in Saskatoon, on Treaty 6 territory, traditional lands of several First Nations and the Homeland of the Métis.
